Very clean and comfortable accommodations during my stay.

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of maintenance in the room. The carpet was heavily stained, and it was clear it hadn't been vacuumed before my arrival. Additionally, the bathroom grout was discolored, and there was noticeable wear on the fixtures. The breakfast selection was appalling—just coffee and a make-your-own waffle option, and the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns.

Family with children decent place for a short visit

So, I took my family for a couple of nights and it was nice enough. The staff was really friendly, got us extra blankets when it was super cold outside. Plus, our king room was spacious, felt like a small apartment and the beds were comfy!

Not exactly cheap, but it was still an acceptable stay for a family.

If you’re staying here, ask for a room on the lower floor, as there is no elevator access to upper levels.

Lack of safety grab bars in the bathroom is alarming!!! The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, causing musty air to linger!!!
